Finalist Selection Process

Award Selection Rules

  • Category Winners – nominees who meet all requirements compete in each category. The highest score wins the category award.

  • National Ranking – category winners are reviewed again to see who advances to the highest honors.

  • Major Prize Winner – the top award is decided using a fair judging rubric, ensuring transparency and merit-based recognition.

  • Single Entry Protocol – if only one entry is in a category, it can be a finalist. But it must reach the minimum benchmark score to be declared the winner.

  • Invitation Rule – being invited to the Awards ceremony does not mean you’ve won. Final results are announced at the event.
