Entry Exclusions

The following businesses are excluded from entry:

❖ Entities serving as commercial suppliers to the Awards are generally ineligible. However, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the Directors in special cases. Please refer to the Judging Process for details.

❖ Businesses that have declared bankruptcy within the last five years.

❖ Businesses or their owners/founders who have been involved in court proceedings within the twelve months leading up to the entry deadline.

❖ Businesses or entrepreneurs that have engaged in online postings or public media activity containing questionable content, reflecting poor integrity and weak personal or corporate branding values, will be deemed ineligible.

❖ When a nominee is contacted, failure to respond via email, WhatsApp, text message, or phone call will be regarded as a definitive answer, and the nomination will be terminated.

❖ Employees and dependents of all sponsors, including the organizer — PNG SME Magazine — are not eligible to submit nominations.
