Entry Exclusions

Businesses Not Eligible to Enter

• Suppliers to the Awards – companies serving as commercial suppliers are generally not eligible, unless the Directors make an exception. See the Judging Process for details.

• Bankruptcy cases – businesses that declared bankruptcy in the last five years cannot enter.

• Court proceedings – businesses or founders involved in court cases within the past 12 months are excluded.

• Poor integrity online – businesses or entrepreneurs posting questionable content on social media or public platforms will be disqualified.

• No response – if nominees fail to reply to email, WhatsApp, text, or phone contact, their nomination will be terminated.

• Sponsor employees – employees and dependents of sponsors, including PNG SME Magazine, are not eligible.
